张晓曼，河北石家庄人，中共党员，博士，教授，硕士生导师。中国风景园林学会理事、河北省风景园林学会理事、河北省林学会园林专业委员会副主任委员兼秘书长，主要从事园林植物应用与风景园林规划设计等方面的研究，河北农业大学优秀教师，百名青年学术带头人，优秀党务工作者，获得河北省首批“双带头人”党支部书记工作室。
