
杨敏生,内蒙古多伦县人,民进会员,博士,教授,博士生导师,河北省政府特殊津贴专家。河北省第十一届、第十二届人大代表(十二届人大农业与农村委员会委员),河北省第十二届政协委员。兼任中国林学会林木遗传育种分会常务委员,中国林学会杨树委员会委员。主要从事林木遗传育种教学、科研和推广工作,主持完成国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项子课题、“863计划”子课题、农业部中德农业合作项目、教育部博士点基金等国家及省级科研课题40余项。现主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题1项。1项成果获国家技术发明二等奖,主持和主研参加成果获省部级科技进步二等奖4项、三等奖4项。国内外学术刊物上发表论文260余篇,其中SCI收录论文60余篇。
